基于名城保护视角的老城控规编制思考--以建瓯老城区控规为例

老城区作为记载着“城市文化”的卷档,历经数百年甚至上千年的发展与积淀,是城市的核心组成,体现城市独特的文化个性,弥足珍贵。建瓯市作为“八闽第一府”和首批福建省历史文化名城,老城区历史文化传承与保护迫在眉睫。本文旨在通过对建瓯市老城区控制性详细规划编制实践的总结,探索老城区在详细规划阶段历史文化传承与保护的编制策略,以期更好地在老城更新建设中指导历史文化名城的传承与保护。

As a record of"urban culture",the old urban area has undergone hundreds or even thousands of years of development and accumulation.It is the core component of the city and reflects the cultural uniqueness of the city,which is extremely precious.As the"First Prefecture of the Eight Fujian Regions"and one of the first batch of famous historical and culture cities in Fujian Province,Jian'ou City urgently needs to inherit and protect the historical and cultural heritage of the old urban area.This paper aims to make a compile practice summary of the regulatory planing of Jian'ou old city,and explores the compilation strategy for the inheritance and protection of historical and cultural heritage in the detailed planning stage of the old urban area,so as to better guide the protection and inheritance of historical and culture cities in the renewal and construction of the old city.
