统一要素市场构建对国内大循环的影响

Research on the Influence of the Construction of Unified Factor Market on the Domestic Circulation

运用熵权法分别测算了统一要素市场水平和国内大循环发展的程度,并使用静态和动态系统GMM模型、空间杜宾模型及空间面板数据模型,实证检验了统一要素市场对国内大循环的影响效应,结果显示:统一要素市场对国内大循环的影响表现出先抑后扬的“U”型特点,且当前这一影响依然处于抑制阶段。作用渠道表明,统一要素市场可通过居民消费对国内循环产生显著“U”型影响。调节效应表明,财政分权和科技发展可降低统一要素市场对国内大循环的抑制作用。异质性分析显示,统一要素市场对东、中部地区国内大循环具有显著“U”型影响效应,对西部地区的影响并不显著;统一要素市场对国内大循环的“生产、分配、消费”维度呈现出显著“U”型影响效应,对“流通”维度的影响不显著。

This paper uses the entropy weight method to measure the level of the unified factor market and the development degree of the domestic big cycle,and uses the static and dynamic system GMM model,the spatial Dubin model,and the spatial panel data model to empirically test the impact of the unified factor market on the domestic big cycle.The study finds that the impact of the unified factor market on the domestic big cycle shows a“U”shaped feature of first restraining and then lifting,and the current impact is still in the inhibition stage.The transmission channel shows that a unified factor market can have a significant“U”shaped impact on the domestic cycle through household consumption.The regulatory effect shows that fiscal decentralization and scientific and technological development can reduce the inhibition of the unified factor market on the domestic cycle.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the unified factor market has a significant“U”shaped effect on the domestic circulation in the eastern and central regions,but not on the western regions.The unified factor market has a significant“U”shaped effect on the“production,distribution,consumption”dimension of the domestic big cycle,and has no significant impact on the“circulation”dimension.
