基于MATLAB的朔黄重载铁路轨道不平顺仿真分析

摘要 轨道不平顺问题不仅直接关系到列车的正常行车及其安全,同时会对旅客的乘车舒适度产生较大影响,轨道不平顺度成为衡量铁路线路质量可靠性的关键性指标。以美国六级谱为计算研究样本,使用数学编程软件MATLAB计算模拟了轨道不平顺问题。为得到轨道不平顺的时域模型,采用了傅里叶逆变换方法,同时通过滤波得到较为稳定的时程曲线,并在频域状态下将轨道不平顺谱解析值与模拟值进行对比。以我国朔黄铁路为样例,与美国的五、六级谱系进行综合比较,并运用轨道质量指数(TQI)等科学评价方法对轨道的整体结构质量、服役年限等指标进行分析评价。 The issue of track irregularity is not only directly related to the normal operation and safety issues of the train itself,but also has a significant impact on the comfort of passengers.Track irregularity has now become an important key indicator used to measure the quality and reliability of railway lines.This article mainly takes the US sixth level spectrum as the calculation research sample,and uses mathematical programming software MATLAB to simulate the problem of track irregularity.To obtain the time domain model of track irregularity,this article adopts the method of inverse Fourier transform,and obtains a relatively stable time history curve through filtering.The analytical value of track irregularity spectrum is compared with the simulated value in the frequency domain state.Finally,taking the Shuohuang Railway in China as an example,a comprehensive comparison is made with the fifth and sixth level spectra of the United States.Scientific evaluation methods such as the Track Quality Index(TQI)can be used to analyze and evaluate the overall structural quality,service life,and other indicators of the track.
