摘要
全预制拼装工程中,上部结构、盖梁及立柱均为工厂预制、现场拼装,极大地提高了工程质量和效率,从而大幅减少现场的作业量。施工过程中混凝土质量关系到整个工程能否达到设计要求,因此在具体的施工中一定要对混凝土进行严格管控。由于混凝土具有流动性强、易开裂等特点,一旦出现问题就会造成很大的安全隐患。通过具体工程实例,对预制拼装背景下现场作业量进行梳理,探究了混凝土质量控制策略,为相似工程提供经验。
The fully prefabricated assembly project involves factory prefabrication and on-site assembly of the upper structure,cover beams,and columns,greatly improving the quality and efficiency of the project and reducing the workload on site.The quality of concrete during the construction process also affects whether the entire project can meet the design requirements,so strict control of concrete must be carried out during specific construction.Due to the strong fluidity and susceptibility to cracking of concrete,once problems arise,they can pose significant safety hazards.This article summarizes the on-site work volume under the background of prefabricated assembly through specific engineering examples,and explores concrete quality control strategies to provide experience for similar projects.
