采用铝合金模板体系一次现浇外墙窗口施工技术分析

在建筑工程项目中,铝合金模板属于独具优势的新一代应用模板,因此越来越多的工程项目采用铝合金模板制作实体架构,形成稳固、安全的铝合金模板体系。铝合金模板通常也会被用于制作建筑外墙窗口,但是由于设计不当、土建施工不严谨等,铝合金外墙窗口容易出现渗漏的情况,降低了建筑工程的施工质量,甚至会造成安全隐患。基于实际工程案例,分析了铝合金模板体系下外墙窗口出现渗漏现象的原因,阐述了一次现浇施工技术要点。

In construction projects,aluminum alloy templates are a new generation of application templates with unique advantages.Therefore,more and more engineering projects are using aluminum alloy templates to make physical structures,forming a stable and safe aluminum alloy template system.Aluminum alloy templates are often used to make exterior wall windows in buildings.However,due to improper design and lax civil construction,aluminum alloy exterior wall windows are prone to leakage,reducing the construction quality of construction projects and even causing safety hazards.Based on practical engineering cases,this article analyzes the causes of leakage in exterior wall windows under the aluminum alloy template system and the one-time cast-in-place construction technology.
