This article explores the optimization and management of production process control in real estate construction enterprises.Firstly,the current situation and existing problems of production process control were analyzed,and it was believed that real estate construction enterprises need to adopt scientific production process control methods and management methods,optimize production processes,and improve production efficiency and quality.Secondly,optimization methods for production process control were introduced,including process reengineering and standardization,information construction and intelligent production,and the introduction of modern management models and methods.Then,the importance of establishing monitoring and feedback mechanisms was proposed,and the basic principles and methods of monitoring and feedback mechanisms were explored.Next,it elaborated on problem-solving methods and tools in the production process,and introduced the management and cultivation of human resources,including employee training and skill enhancement,as well as the establishment of incentive and reward mechanisms.Finally,key factors for optimizing production process control were summarized through case analysis,as well as prospects for future optimization of production process control in real estate construction enterprises.This article aims to provide scientific production process control methods and management tools for real estate construction enterprises,in order to improve production efficiency and quality,and achieve sustainable development.
