混合集成电路数字化制造技术研究

摘要 为进一步适应混合集成电路向多品种、变批量的生产模式转变以及满足快速、高质量交付的市场需求,针对混合集成电路制造领域的数字化转型进行了研究。首先,实现数字化制造需要在建立企业整体业务架构的基础上综合考虑生产与管理、设计的相互关系,通过分析混合集成电路生产制造特点及三者之间的关系,提出了智能工厂的整体架构和思路。其次,数字化制造建立的过程需要自动化和信息化双管齐下,针对自动化集成本文提出了柔性自动化互连线体的设计方案,结合先进的制造设备实现了柔性制造;针对信息化集成,通过研究和开发制造运行系统,运用大数据分析等实现数据实时传递、分析和快速响应。再次,通过数字孪生技术建立虚拟工厂,实现虚拟世界和现实世界的互动和链接。最终,通过分析数字化建设过程中的投入得出数字技术研究关键是数字化团队的建立。通过研究混合集成电路数字化制造技术,解决了企业需求,同时为同行业的数字化转型提供了借鉴意义。 In order to further adapt to the transition of hybrid integrated circuits to multi variety and variable batch production mode and meet the market demand for fast and high-quality delivery,The digital transformation is studied in the field of hybrid integrated circuit manufacturing.Firstly,to achieve digital manufacturing,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the interrelationships between production,management,and design on the basis of establishing the overall business architecture of the enterprise.By analyzing the characteristics of hybrid integrated circuit manufacturing and the relationships among the three,the overall architecture and ideas of an intelligent factory are proposed.Secondly,the process of establishing digital manufacturing requires both automation and informatization.A design scheme for flexible automation interconnection lines is proposed for automation integration,which combines advanced manufacturing equipment to achieve flexible manufacturing.The integration of information technology is focused on by researching and developing manufacturing operation systems,utilizing big data analysis to achieve real-time data transmission,analysis,and rapid response.Once again,establish a virtual factory through digital twin technology to achieve interaction and connection between the virtual world and the real world.Finally,by analyzing the investment in the digital construction process,it is concluded that the key to digital technology research is the establishment of a digital team.Through the research of hybrid integrated circuit digital manufacturing technology.The needs of enterprises are solved and a reference for the Digital transformation of the same industry is provided.
