摘要 针对配电网中分散分布着大量的开关设备,并且智能化程度不高的情况下,传统的检测方法无法及时检测开关柜内部的发热和局部放电等危险因素。因此,传统巡检方法不仅巡检难度较大,且无法准确识别开关柜的运行状况,难以支撑智能运维的现状。以配电网系统建设中对电力设备实现“可观、可测、可控”的要求为目标,实现配电网设备的状态预测和故障诊断。设计了自主可控的智能物联感知终端软硬件平台,通过各类多源传感器将信号传至终端进行分析和边缘计算,找出可能导致开关不可控的隐患。并通过配网开关遥控巡检系统,对各类配网开关进行监测,为配网开关的故障进行诊断、定位、隔离等提供了技术支撑。遥控巡检技术有效地突破了人工巡检、隔离故障及非故障区域转供的耗时问题,提升了配电网供电可靠性和运维检修效率,促进配电网系统的安全、可靠及有效运行。 With a large number of switchgear distributed in the distribution network,and low intelligence,the traditional detection method can not detect the dangerous factors such as heating and partial discharge inside the switchgear in time.Therefore,the traditional inspection method is not only difficult to inspect,but also unable to accurately identify the running status of the switch cabinet,which is difficult to support the current situation of intelligent operation and maintenance.In order to realize the requirement of"observable,measurable and controllable"for power equipment in the construction of distribution network system,the state prediction and fault diagnosis of distribution network equipment are realized.An autonomous and controllable intelligent iot sensing terminal software and hardware platform is designed.Signals are transmitted to the terminal through various multi-source sensors for analysis and edge calculation to find out hidden dangers that may lead to uncontrollable switching.And through the remote inspection system of distribution switches,all kinds of distribution switches are monitored,which provides technical support for diagnosis,location and isolation of the distribution switch faults.Remote inspection technology effectively breaks through the time-consuming problems of manual inspection,fault isolation and non-fault area transfer,improves the reliability of power supply and maintenance efficiency of the distribution network,and promotes the safe,reliable and effective operation of the distribution network system.
