流域集控模式下水电站无人值班技术支撑体系研究 被引量:1

摘要 要实现水电站无人值班,必须具备全面的安全可靠的支撑体系。从网络、设备、安全等方面进行研究,通过双网互备、主动防御技术保证通信网络和运行环境安全;通过设备管理、故障诊断技术保证设备稳定可靠;通过报警、联动、人员定位等技术保证设备和人员安全;通过大数据分析技术进行经验积累和能力提升,促使水电站无人值班技术更成熟。在此基础上,分析了无人值班技术的应用效果,表明无人值班水电站与传统水电站相比,误操作率和安全事故发生率都有所降低,设备故障处理更精准高效,整体管理成本降低。因此,无人值班水电站从技术上是可行的,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益,研究成果对各大流域梯级集控均具有普遍的借鉴意义。 In order to realize unattended hydropower station,it is necessary to have a comprehensive safe and reliable support system.From the aspects of network,equipment,security and so on,the communication network and operation environment security are guaranteed by dualnetwork mutual backup and active defense technology.Ensure equipment stability and reliability through equipment management and fault diagnosis technology.Ensure equipment and personnel safety through alarm,linkage,personnel positioning and other technologies.Through the big data analysis technology to accumulate experience and improve the ability to promote the hydropower station unmanned on-duty technology more mature.On this basis,the application effect of unmanned on-duty technology is analyzed.It shows that compared with traditional hydropower stations,the error rate and safety accident rate of unmanned on-duty hydropower stations are reduced,the equipment fault handling is more accurate and efficient,and the overall management cost is reduced.Therefore,unmanned hydropower station is technically feasible,and it has good social and economic benefits.The research results are of general reference significance to cascade centralized control in major river basins.
