基于光纤以太网技术的电梯机房与轿厢间通信研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于光纤以太网技术进行电梯机房与电梯轿厢之间的通信研究,提出一种采用光纤以太网作为唯一的通信链路,通信数据除了电梯基本运行、安全相关的数据外,整合视频、监控、对讲、物联网及大数据等相关的各种通信数据,统一通过光纤链路作为数据汇聚,连接电梯机房与电梯轿厢进行数据通信传输。电梯基本的通信数据改用光纤以太网传统,软件设计使用LwIP协议栈,用UDP的方式进行应用报文收发。为实现视频、监控、对讲、物联网及大数据等相关设备能灵活接入轿厢,通信板硬件集成以太网交换机功能,达到机房与轿厢构建成局域网,通过对交换机进行VLAN配置,分割出电梯基本通信端口与多媒体与监控设备相关端口的分割,实现不同VLAN端口之间数据隔离。方案经过测试验证,电梯关键的数据通信实时可靠,连续测试72 h,通信成功率为100%,满足电梯通信的可靠性要求。 Based on the optical fiber ethernet technology,the communication between the elevator machine room and the elevator car is studied.It is proposed to use optical fiber Ethernet as the only communication link.In addition to the basic operation and safety related data of the elevator,the communication data is integrated with various communication data related to video,monitoring,intercom,Internet of Things and Big data.The data is gathered through the optical fiber link to connect the elevator machine room and the elevator car for data communication transmission.The basic communication data of the elevator is changed to traditional fiber optic Ethernet,and the software design uses the LwIP protocol stack to send and receive application messages using UDP.In order to realize the flexible access of video,monitoring,intercom,Internet of Things,big data and other related equipment to the lift car,the communication board hardware integrates the Ethernet switch function,so that the machine room and the lift car can be built into a LAN.Through VLAN configuration of the switch,the basic communication port of the elevator and the related ports of multimedia and monitoring equipment can be separated,so as to achieve data isolation between different VLAN ports.The plan has been tested and verified,and the key data communication of the elevator is reliable in real-time.After continuous testing for 72 h,the communication success rate is 100%,meeting the reliability requirements of elevator communication.
