广州地铁APM线“弹簧制动被应用”故障的应急处置改造

摘要 广州地铁APM线列车弹簧制动采用电控气动模式,制动腔体充气时制动缓解、腔体排气时制动施加,气路由尼龙气管、金属弯头和电控阀体组成,列车运行过程中弹簧制动保持缓解状态。当列车因气路气管、弯头或阀体异常发生“弹簧制动被应用”故障时,列车无法动车,需轨道停电下车底处理。该故障易导致区间疏散、中断行车,对运营造成极大的影响。为降低该故障对运营的影响,现场对弹簧制动备用气源辅助缓解模块进行研究分析,通过对备用气源辅助缓解供气气路进行改造,扩大备用气源辅助缓解的应用范围,以实现发生上述问题导致的“弹簧制动被应用”故障时仅需在客室侧墙控制面板上按压辅助缓解按钮即可快速缓解弹簧制动动车,提高应急处置效率,降低故障对正线运营的影响。 The spring braking of APM line trains of Guangzhou Metro adopts the electrical controlled pneumatic mode.The brake is released when the brake chamber is inflated,and the brake is applied when the chamber is vented.The air is composed of nylon air pipe,metal elbow and electrical controlled valve body.The spring braking remains released during train operation.When a train experiences a"spring brake applied"fault due to abnormal air ducts,elbows,or valve bodies,the train cannot start and the track has to be powered off for handling under the train.This fault can easily lead to interval evacuation,interruption of driving,and have a significant impact on operations.In order to reduce the impact of the fault on operation,on-site research and analysis are conducted on the spring brake backup air source auxiliary relief module.By modifying the backup air source auxiliary relief air path,the backup air source auxiliary relief is expanded to achieve rapid release of the spring brake by pressing the auxiliary relief button on the control panel of the side wall of the passenger compartment when the"spring brake is applied"fault caused by the above problem occurs.The modification improves the efficiency of emergency response and reduce the impact of faults on the operation of the main line.
