摘要
电源线传导发射(CE102)是GJB 151B-2013提出的强制检测项目。针对CE102易超标问题,提出基于传导干扰共差模分离的滤波器优化设计方法,精准地分离共模干扰和差模干扰,同时充分考虑实际产品干扰源的阻抗特性,有针对性地设计滤波器的拓扑结构和各个元件的参数,保证设计的滤波网络遵循阻抗最大不匹配原则,满足共模、差模干扰抑制要求。VPX电源模块加装设计的滤波器后,CE102测试结果明显改善,测试范围内的主要超标频点产生了50 dB以上的衰减量,满足GJB 151B-2013的考核要求,验证了所提出的EMI滤波器设计方法的有效性,对解决CE102超标问题有较好的指导意义。
Conducted emission of power line(CE102)is a compulsory testing item proposed by GJB 151B-2013.Aiming at the problem that CE102 is easy to exceed the standard limit,a filter optimization design method based on conducted interference common-differential mode separation is proposed,which accurately separates common-mode interference and differential-mode interference,and fully considers the impedance characteristics of the actual product interference source,and targetedly designs the topology of the filter and the parameters of each component to ensure that the designed filter follows the principle of maximum impedance mismatch and meets the requirements of common-mode and differential-mode interference suppression.After the VPX power module is equipped with the designed filter,the CE102 test results are significantly improved,and the main over-standard frequency points in the test range produce an attenuation of more than 50 dB,which meets the assessment requirements of GJB 151B-2013,verifies the effectiveness of the proposed EMI filter design method,and has good guiding significance for solving the problem of CE102 exceeding the standard.
