摘要
[目的]比较基于核酸适配体检测赭曲霉毒素A(OTA)方法与酶联免疫法。[方法]建立核酸适配体检测OTA标准曲线,进行样品加标回收率试验,并与酶联免疫法进行比较。[结果]核酸适配体法检测OTA在0.05~10.00 ng/mL具有较好的线性,饲料样品中添加OTA的回收率为92.0%~93.5%,与酶联免疫法相比,2种方法之间具有较好的一致性。[结论]该研究建立的基于核酸适配体检测OTA方法灵敏度高、准确度好,为研究饲料中OTA的快速检测方法奠定基础。
[Objective]To compare an aptamer⁃based determination of ochratoxin A(OTA)with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.[Meth⁃od]The OTA standard curve for aptamer detection was established,and the sample spiking recovery test was conducted and compared with ELISA.[Result]The aptamer method showed good linearity in detecting OTA between 0.05 and 10.00 ng/mL,and the recovery rate of adding OTA in feed samples was 92.0%-93.5%.Compared with ELISA,the two methods showed good consistency.[Conclusion]The aptamer based OTA detection method established in this study has high sensitivity and accuracy,laying the foundation for the rapid detection of OTA in feed.
