葡萄酒科学研究专题是一门面向葡萄酒学科方向的研究生课程,旨在以专题形式介绍葡萄酒科学重要领域的国内外前沿进展。阐述了该课程课堂教学中的思政元素设计与实践,通过融入哲学思想、科研故事、产业绿色发展理念以及结合葡萄酒酿造实践等方法,引导学生完成专业知识学习和专业能力培养的同时,培养学生的辩证思维、勇于探索的科学精神和精益求精的大国工匠精神,实现立德树人的教学目的。

Wine Science Research Topics is a postgraduate course oriented to the direction of wine science,which aims to introduce the do⁃mestic and international frontier progress in the important fields of wine science in the form of special topics.This paper elaborated the design and practice of the ideological and political elements in the classroom teaching of this course.By integrating philosophy,scientific research sto⁃ries,industrial green development concepts and combining with wine making practice,it guided the students to complete the professional knowl⁃edge learning and the professional ability training,while it cultivated the students’dialectical thinking,scientific spirit of daring to explore and great country craftsman spirit of striving for excellence,so as to achieve the teaching purpose of cultivating morality and cultivating people.
