摘要
针对C型电磁发射器的结构特点,设计了基于过盈配合的电枢-轨道初始接触有限元模型,对发射装置进行装配并分别进行结构和电磁-结构分析,选取电枢臂路径a、b,探究了电枢臂不同过盈量对电枢始接触特性的影响。分析研究了发射装置通入不同电流时对电枢应力、接触压强的影响规律。结果表明,改变电枢过盈量、电流的大小只影响接触参数的大小,没有改变其变化规律,电枢-轨道装置初始阶段所需的预紧力是由电枢臂的过盈量所决定的。
According to the structural characteristics of a C-type electromagnetic launcher,this paper designs an armature-track initial contact finite element model based on interference fit,assembles the launcher,and respectively conducts its structural and electromagnetically structural analysis.The paths a and b on the armature arm are selected,and the influence of different amounts of interference fit of the armature arm on the armature initial contact characteristics is investigated.The effects of different currents on armature stress and contact pressure in the launcher are analyzed and studied.The results show that changing the armature overload and the magnitude of the current only affects the size of the contact parameters,but does not change their variation pattern.The preload force required in the initial stage of the armature-track device is determined by the overload of the armature arm.
