摘要
首先通过振动试验数据分析某型导弹发射架体的导轨与弹体连接处是危险部位。然后基于CAE软件对导轨与弹体连接部位进行有限元建模,模拟导弹转运装载过程实际工况载荷的响应作用。分析表明:导轨连接处应力集中严重,最大应力超出了材料的屈服极限。分析了发射架体导轨处增加倒圆角和增大导弹定位块与导轨的接触面积对应力集中缓和的影响,提出了提升发射架体安全性的方法;基于CAE软件的有限元仿真分析,确定满足实际工况安全要求的倒角尺寸和接触面积。针对某型发射架,改进设计缓和应力集中,最大应力降低到160 MPa,小于材料的屈服极限,满足转运装载要求。
This paper firstly concludes that the connection between the guide rail and the missile body of a certain type of missile launcher is a dangerous part through vibration test data analysis.Then,based on CAE software,finite element modeling is conducted on the connection part between the guide rail and the missile body to simulate the response of the actual working load during the missile transfer and loading process.The analysis shows that the stress concentration at the connection of the guide rail is severe,and the maximum stress exceeds the yield limit of the material.After that,this paper analyzes the effects of adding chamfers and increasing the contact area between the missile positioning block and the guide rail at the launcher body on stress concentration relaxation,and proposes methods to improve the safety of the launcher body.Finally,it conducts finite element simulation analysis based on CAE software to determine the chamfer size and contact area that meet the safety requirements of actual working conditions.For a certain type of launcher,the improved design significantly alleviates stress concentration,reducing the maximum stress to 160 MPa,which is far less than the yield limit of the material and meets the requirements of transportation and loading.
