压药工艺参数对NTO基PBX不可逆膨胀的影响

摘要 为了探究压药工艺参数对NTO基PBX不可逆膨胀的规律,对不同压药工艺参数压制的NTO基PBX药柱进行了试验研究。结果表明,比压不变,药温升高,药柱的轴向膨胀率、体积变化率和密度变化率均增大;药温不变,比压升高,药柱的轴向膨胀率增大,但体积变化率和密度变化率减小。分析认为这是由于压药工艺参数对NTO基PBX中粘结剂发生作用和导致晶体取向度不同等原因所引起的。 In order to explore the rule of irreversible expansion of pressing process parameters on NTO-based PBX,this paper studies NTO-based PBX grains pressed by different pressing process parameters through irreversible expansion tests.The results show that the axial expansion rate,volume change rate and density change rate of the grains increase with a constant specific pressure and a higher charge temperature.With a constant temperature and an increase of specific pressure,the axial expansion rate of the grains increases,but the volume change rate and density change rate decrease.It is believed that this is caused by the effect of pressing process parameters on the binder in NTO-based PBX and different crystal orientation.
