摘要
针对超声速火箭橇试验对被试品结构表面温度的高精度测试需求,提出了一种基于标定技术和数据算法优化处理的结构表面温度测试方法并已通过验证。该方法通过对表面温度参数高精度采集、存储测试、可靠性测试,分析了温度传感器响应时间长对温度特性测试的影响,构建了测试系统,对温度传感器时间响应特性进行了标定。试验结果表明,通过数据处理算法修正标定的数据,显著提高了表面温度测试精度。
Aiming at the need of high-precision measurement of the surface temperature of the structure of the test object in a supersonic rocket sled test,this paper proposes and verifies a method of measuring the surface temperature of the structure based on calibration technology and data algorithm optimization.Based on high-precision acquisition,storage testing,and reliability testing of the surface temperature parameters,the influence of long response time of the temperature sensor on temperature characteristic testing is analyzed.A test system is constructed to calibrate the time response characteristics of the temperature sensor.The test results show that the accuracy of the surface temperature measurement is significantly improved by using the calibrated data modified by the data processing algorithm.
