5s爆发点自动化检测装置及方法研究

摘要 从自动化操作、安全防护、软件设计出发,研制一套全自动5 s爆发点测试仪,并对试验方法进行了实验条件优化及结果验证。结果表明,全自动爆发点检测装置实现了5 s爆发点测试的远距离自动化操作,提高了测试质量和测试效率,消除了试验过程中的各种安全隐患。 This paper builds an automatic 5s explosion temperature measuring device by considering automatic operation,security protection and software design.At the same time,the method of experimental conditions is optimized and the results are validated.The results show that the designed device realizes automatic operation over long distances,increases detection reliability and efficiency,and eliminates various security risks in the test process.
