性自慰导致膀胱尿道异物4例分析

Analysis of 4 cases of foreign bodies in bladder and urethra caused by masturbation

目的探讨性自慰导致的膀胱尿道异物的临床诊治和预防措施。方法回顾性分析广东医科大学附属医院2019年4月至2022年2月收治的4例因性自慰导致膀胱尿道异物患者的临床资料,其中3例通过膀胱镜取出异物,1例通过开放手术取出异物。结果所有患者均痊愈出院。经电话随访,1例尿道异物(牙签合并塑料管)患者术后反复出现尿频、尿急症状,拒绝返院进一步诊治;1例膀胱异物合并慢性肾功能衰竭的患者随访至术后1个月,肾功能较前明显改善;其余2例患者术后1个月排尿通畅。结论应该提高对膀胱尿道异物的认识,通过详细的病史询问和必要的辅助检查明确诊断,避免因患者隐瞒病史导致漏诊和误诊。同时积极开展性教育,避免膀胱尿道异物的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis,treatment and preventive measures of foreign bodies in the bladder and urethra caused by masturbation.Methods The clinical data of 4 cases of foreign bodies in the bladder and urethra caused by masturbation in Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from April 2019 to February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,the foreign bodies of 3 cases were removed by cystoscope,and the foreign body of 1 case was removed by open surgery.Results All patients were cured and discharged from the hospital.One patient with urethral foreign bodies(toothpicks combined with plastic tubes)had repeated symptoms of urinary frequency and urinary urgency through telephone follow-up after surgery,and the patient refused to return to the hospital for further diagnosis and treatment.One patient with renal failure was followed up to 1 month after the operation,and the renal function was significantly improved.The remaining 2 patients achieved smooth urination 1 month after the operation.Conclusions It is necessary to improve the awareness of foreign bodies in the bladder and urethra and make a clear diagnosis through detailed clinical history and necessary auxiliary examinations to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis caused by patients who conceal their clinical history.At the same time,sex education should be actively carried out to avoid the occurrence of foreign bodies in the bladder and urethra.
