勃起功能障碍患者生存质量现状及影响因素分析

Quality of life status and influencing factors of erectile dysfunction patients

目的了解勃起功能障碍患者的生存质量现状并探究其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取太原市某三甲医院383例勃起功能障碍患者进行一般情况问卷及生存质量、焦虑、抑郁量表调查,并采用SPSS 26.0统计软件对数据进行分析。结果勃起功能障碍患者总体生存质量较低,总体健康、生理职能、情感职能、活力、社会功能5个维度的评分低于中国常模,生理功能、躯体疼痛两个维度的评分高于中国常模,生理功能的主要影响因素是年龄、学历、合并疾病、患病后对其伴侣关系的影响;心理健康的主要影响因素是焦虑、抑郁状况;社会功能的主要影响因素是年龄、焦虑、抑郁状况。结论勃起功能障碍患者生存质量较低,且受多种因素的影响,提示应针对性采取干预措施,以改善患者的生存质量。

Objective To understand the quality of life status in patients with erectile dysfunction and explore its influencing factors.Methods Using convenience sampling method,383 patients with erectile dysfunction in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Taiyuan were investigated by general situation questionnaire,quality of life,anxiety and depression scale,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 26.0 statistical software.Results The overall quality of life of patients with erectile dysfunction is low,and the scores of five dimensions of overall health,physiological role,emotional function,vitality and social function are lower than those of Chinese norm,while the scores of two dimensions of physiological function and physical pain are higher than those of Chinese norm.The main influencing factors of physiological function are age,educational background,combined diseases and the influence of illness on their partner relationship.The main influencing factors of mental health are anxiety and depression condition.The main influencing factors of social function are age,anxiety and depression condition.Conclusions The quality of life of patients with erectile dysfunction is low,and it is influenced by many factors,which suggests that targeted intervention measures should be taken to improve the quality of life of patients.
