摘要
目的分析子宫内膜癌(EC)患者血清微小核糖核酸-146a(miR-146a)、微小核糖核酸-155(miR-155)表达水平及其临床意义。方法前瞻性纳入达州市中心医院2019年7月至2021年4月收治的81例EC患者作为EC组,另纳入同期收治的81例子宫内膜增生患者作为内膜增生组。检测并比较两组入院时血清miR-146a、miR-155水平;询问并记录EC患者临床病理特征,比较不同病理特征EC患者血清miR-146a、miR-155水平,分析血清miR-146a、miR-155水平与EC患者临床病理特征的关系。结果EC组血清miR-146a水平低于内膜增生组,miR-155水平高于内膜增生组(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移EC患者血清miR-146a水平低于无淋巴结转移患者,miR-155水平高于无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析结果显示,血清miR-146a水平升高可能是EC患者淋巴结转移的保护因子(OR<1,P<0.05),miR-155水平升高可能是EC患者淋巴结转移的风险因子(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论EC患者血清miR-146a降低水平、miR-155水平升高,且血清miR-146a水平降低、miR-155水平升高可能与EC患者淋巴结转移有关。
Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of serum microRNA-146a(miR-146a)and microRNA-155(miR-155)levels in patients with endometrial carcinoma(EC).Methods A total of 81 patients with EC admitted to Dazhou Central Hospital from July 2019 to April 2021 were prospectively included as EC group,another 81 patients with endometrial hyperplasia treated during the same period were included in the endometrial hyperplasia group.The serum levels of miR-146a and miR-155 at admission were detected and compared between the two groups;the clinicopathological characteristics of EC patients were asked and recorded,the serum levels of miR-146a and miR-155 in EC patients with different pathological characteristics were compared,the relationship between serum levels of miR-146a,miR-155 and clinicopathological features of EC patients was mainly analyzed.Results The serum miR-146a level in EC group was lower than that in endometrial hyperplasia group,and the level of miR-155 was higher than that in endometrial hyperplasia group(P<0.05);the serum miR-146a level of EC patients with lymph node metastasis was lower than that of patients without lymph node metastasis,and the miR-155 level was higher than that of patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);through Logistic regression analysis,the results showed that the increase of serum miR-146a level might be a protective factor of lymph node metastasis in EC patients(OR<1,P<0.05),the increased level of miR-155 might be a risk factor of lymph node metastasis in EC patients(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions The serum levels of miR-146a are decreased and miR-155 are increased in EC patients,and the decrease of serum miR-146a level and the increase of miR-155 level may be related to lymph node metastasis in EC patients.
