子宫内膜癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-14及半乳糖凝集素-3表达、血清糖类抗原125水平与临床病理特征的关系

Expression of matrix metalloproteinase-14 and galectin-3 in tissues of endometrial carcinoma and their relationship with clinicopathological features

目的分析子宫内膜癌(EC)组织中基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-14、半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法选取2019年1月至2021年10月新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院收治的120例EC患者作为研究对象,记录患者的临床病理特征,并检测患者癌组织中MMP-14、Gal-3的表达,分析二者与临床病理特征的关系。结果G3、Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期、肌层浸润≥1/2及淋巴结转移的EC患者组织中MMP-14及Gal-3阳性率、血清糖类抗原125(CA-125)水平均高于G2和G1、Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期、肌层浸润<1/2及淋巴结未转移的患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);EC患者组织中MMP-14、Gal-3表达及血清CA125水平与淋巴结转移、病理分级、肌层浸润及病理分期呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论不同临床病理特征的EC患者组织中MMP-14、Gal-3阳性表达率及血清CA125水平存在差异,且其与临床病理特征存在一定关系。

Objective To analyze the expression of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-14 and galectin-3(Gal-3)in tissues of endometrial carcinoma(EC)and their correlation with clinicopathological features.Methods A total of 120 patients with EC treated in Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2019 to October 2021 were selected as research projects.The clinicopathological features of the patients were recorded,and the expression of MMP-14 and Gal-3 in cancer tissues of all patients were detected.The relationship between the two and clinicopathological features of EC patients was analyzed.Results The positive rates of MMP-14,Gal-3 and serum carbohydrate antigen-125(CA-125)in EC patients with G3,stageⅢandⅣ,myometrial infiltration(≥1/2)and lymph node metastasis were higher than those in patients with G2 and G1,stage I andⅡ,myometrial infiltration(<1/2)and non-lymph node metastasis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of MMP-14,Gal-3 and the levels of serum CA125 in EC patients were positively correlated with lymphatic metastasis,pathological grade,myometrial infiltration and pathological stage(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions The positive expression rates of MMP-14 and Gal-3,and serum CA-125 levels in EC patients with different clinicopathological features were different,which has a certain relationship with clinicopathological features.
