勃起功能障碍中医辨证存在的问题与对策

Problems and countermeasures of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of erectiledysfunction

通过对《中药新药临床研究指导原则》《中医病证诊断疗效标准》《中医外科学》《中西医结合外科学》《实用中医男科学》《中西医结合男科学》、专病会议指南和学术界对勃起功能障碍的中医辨证综合对比分析,发现各辨证标准文献之间、学术界与辨证标准文献之间及学术界内部均存在较大差异,文章全面分析了辨证混乱的严重情况及其成因,并给出重新辨证规范的思路与方法。

Through the comprehensive comparative analysis of the guiding principles for clinical research of new traditional Chinese medicine,the diagnostic efficacy standard of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,thesurgery of traditional Chinese medicine,the surgery of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the malescience of practical traditional Chinese medicine,the male science of integrated traditional Chinese and westernmedicine,the guidelines of special disease conference and the Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of erectiledysfunction in academic circles,it is found that there are great differences among the literature of various syndromedifferentiation standards,between academic circles and syndrome differentiation standard literature,as well as withinacademic circles.This paper comprehensively analyzes the serious situation and causes of syndrome differentiationanomie,and gives the ideas and methods of re-syndrome differentiation standardization.
