五味子治疗男性不育症作用机制研究进展

Research Progress on the Mechanism of Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)in the Treatment of Male Infertility

从我国第七次人口普查的情况来看,我国综合生育率呈下降趋势,临床形式较为严峻。而在不育症夫妇中,因男方因素而致不育约占一半。五味子具有收敛固涩、益气生津、补肾宁心等功效,其作为五子衍宗丸的重要药物之一,治疗男性不育历史悠久。近年来,国内外学者对五味子治疗不育方面的主要有效成分、药理作用及作用机制进行了大量研究,发现五味子全药具有改善生精环境、保护睾丸间质细胞等作用。五味子主要有效成分如五味子甲素、五味子乙素、五味子多糖等具有抑制凋亡、抗氧化应激、调控睾丸基因表达、调控性腺轴等作用;其次,五味子中含有的锌、硒等微量元素在一定程度上可通过抗氧化、调节相关基因及通路来治疗不育。五味子治疗男性不育相关综述较少,该文通过检索近15年来五味子治疗不育症方面的国内外相关文献,并对其相关作用机制进行阐述,为进一步研究五味子的药理作用及临床应用提供依据,为五味子的开发利用提供参考。

According to the situation of the seventh population census in China,the comprehensive fertility rate in China is on the decline,and the clinical form is relatively severe.Among infertile couples,about half were infertile due to male factors.Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)has the effects of astringing and inducing astringency,tonifying Qi and promoting fluid production,tonifying the kidney and calming the heart.As one of the important drugs of Wuzi Yanzong Pill(五子衍宗丸),it has a long history of treating male infertility.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have conducted a lot of research on the main active components,pharmacological effects and mechanisms of Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)in the treatment of infertility,and found that Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)has the effects of improving the spermatogenic environment and protecting testicular interstitial cells.The main effective components of Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus),such as Schisandrin A,Schisandrin B,Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)polysaccharide,have the functions of inhibiting apoptosis,anti oxidative stress,regulating testicular gene expression and gonadal axis,etc.Secondly,the zinc,selenium and other trace elements contained in Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus),to a certain extent,treat infertility through antioxidation and regulation of related genes and pathways.There are few reviews on the treatment of male infertility by Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus).In this paper,the relevant domestic and foreign literatures on the treatment of male infertility by Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)in the past 15 years were searched and the relevant mechanism of its action was described to provide a basis for further research on the pharmacological effect of Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)and its clinical application and a reference for the development and utilization of Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus).
