补阳还五汤及其组分促血管新生特性研究

Research of Properties of Buyang Huanwu Decoction(补阳还五汤)and Its Components on Promoting Angiogenesis

血管生成是从现有的毛细血管以芽或非芽形式形成新血管的过程,对于胚胎发育和伤口愈合等生理性过程至关重要。然而,病理性的血管生成不足则会引起缺血性脑损伤、缺血性心脏病和糖尿病伤口愈合延迟等多种疾病。因此,促进血管生成对于缺血性疾病来说可以起到缓解作用。补阳还五汤作为益气活血经典方,临床上常用于中风后的治疗。近年来药理研究发现该方也具有促进血管新生的作用,故该文通过对补阳还五汤复方及其组分在促血管新生方面的作用机制进行综述分析,发现其单味药相关成分和复方直接或间接影响血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)/血管内皮生长因子受体2(vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2,VEGFR2)通路发挥促血管新生作用。并且方中药物相互配伍也能作用于血管新生,这为补阳还五汤的应用拓展和开发促血管新生药物提供了参考。

Angiogenesis is the process of forming new blood vessels from existing capillaries in bud or non bud form,which is very important for physiological processes such as embryonic development and wound healing.However,pathological angiogenesis deficiency can cause many diseases,such as ischemic brain injury,ischemic heart disease and delayed wound healing in diabetes.Therefore,promoting angiogenesis can alleviate ischemic diseases.Buyang Huanwu Decoction(补阳还五汤),as a classic prescription of invigorating Qi and activating blood circulation,is commonly used in the treatment of post-stroke.In the recent years,pharmacological studies have found that it can also promote angiogenesis.Therefore,this paper reviews and analyzes the action mechanism of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and its components in promoting angiogenesis,it is found that single drug related components and compound directly or indirectly affect the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)/vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2(VEGFR2)pathway to promote angiogenesis,and the compatibility of drugs in the prescription can also act on angiogenesis,which provides a reference for the application expansion of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and development of angiogenesis promoting drugs.
