宽筋藤化学成分、药理作用研究进展及其质量标志物的预测分析 被引量:2

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Effects of Kuanjinteng(Tinospora sinensis)and Prediction Analysis on Quality Markers

摘要 宽筋藤民间应用历史悠久,主要含有萜类、木脂素类、苯丙素类、黄酮类、甾体类、生物碱类等化学成分,具有镇痛、抗类风湿性关节炎、抗阿尔茨海默病、抗糖尿病、保肝等药理活性。就近年来有关宽筋藤的相关化学成分及其药理作用进行综述,并在此基础上结合质量标志物(quality marker, Q-Marker)的核心概念,从植物亲缘学及化学成分特有性、传统药性、传统功效及拓展功效、化学成分可测性和网络药理学方面进行宽筋藤质量标志物的预测分析。结果发现与其传统功效及拓展功效相关药理作用的活性成分主要为生物碱、木脂素类、苯丙素类和萜类成分,并初步预测出小檗碱、巴马汀、伪巴马汀、药根碱、橙黄胡椒乙酰胺、反式-N-p香豆酰基酪胺、 N-反式-阿魏酰酪胺、 N-反式-咖啡酰酪胺、丁香脂素、紫丁香苷、反式丁香苷、顺式-克罗酰胺K、克罗酰胺K、tinosinen、tinosinenside A、tinoscorside D等成分可作为宽筋藤质量标志物的候选化合物,为建立和完善宽筋藤质量标准提供依据,也为宽筋藤药材质量的深入研究及综合利用提供参考。 The folk application of Kuanjinteng(Tinospora sinensis)has a long history.It mainly contains terpenes,lignans,phenylpropanoids,flavonoids,steroids,alkaloids and other chemical components,with analgesic,anti-rheumatoid arthritis,anti-Alzheimer's disease,anti-diabetic,hepatoprotective and other pharmacological activities.This article reviewed the related chemical constituents and their pharmacological effects of Kuanjinteng(Tinospora sinensis)in recent years.And on the basis of the above,combined with the core concept of quality marker(Q-marker),the prediction and analysis of quality markers of Kuanjinteng(Tinospora sinensis)were carried out from the aspects of phylogenetic relationship and specificity of chemical components,traditional pharmacodynamic properties,traditional and expanded efficacy,chemical component measurability and network pharmacology.The results showed that alkaloids,lignans,phenylpropanoids and terpenoids were the main active components related to the traditional and extended pharmacological effects.The results showed that alkaloids,lignans,phenylpropanoids and terpenoids were the main active components related to the traditional and extended pharmacological effects of Kuanjinteng(Tinospora sinensis).It was preliminarily predicted that berberine,palmatine,pseudopalmatine,jatrorrhizine,aurantiamide acetate,trans-N-p-coumaroyltyramine,N-trans-feruloyltyramine,N-trans-caffeoyltyramine,syringaresinol,syringin,trans-syringin,cis-grossamide K,grossamide K,tinosinen,tinosinenside A,tinoscorside D and other components could be used as candidate compounds for Q-marker of Kuanjinteng(Tinospora sinensis),which provided a basis for the establishment and improvement of quality standards of Kuanjinteng(Tinospora sinensis),and also provide reference for the in-depth study and comprehensive utilization of Kuanjinteng(Tinospora sinensis)medicinal materials.
