香附质量标志物的预测分析

香附药用历史悠久,具有疏肝解郁、理气宽中、调经止痛的功效,用于治疗肝郁气滞,月经不调。香附药效物质基础复杂,若仅以一种或者两种化学成分作为其质量指标,不能较全面地、科学地评价其质量。近年来,质量标志物的提出为中药质量控制提供了一个新模式,成为中医药领域研究和探讨的一个热点。因此在香附质量控制现况的基础上,结合质量标志物的概念,从亲缘关系以及化学成分特有性、传统功效、传统药性、化学成分的可测性、中药不同配伍环境、不同炮制方法化学成分含量的变化、新功效、网络药理学等几个方面对香附进行质量标志物成分的预测分析,从而为香附及其制剂的质量标准与质量控制提供参考的依据,进一步完善质量标准。

Xiangfu(Cyperi Rhizoma)is a historical Chinese medicinal material.It can soothe liver and relieve depression,relieve Qi to smooth the middle,regulate menstruation and relieve pain and it is used to treat liver depression and Qi stagnation and irregular menstruation.The pharmacodynamic substance basis of Xiangfu(Cyperi Rhizoma)is more complicated.By using only one or two chemical components as quality indicators,the quality of could not be evaluated comprehensively and scientifically.In recent years,the proposal of quality signs provides a new model for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine,which has become a hot spot for research and discussion in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,basing on the current status of quality control of Xiangfu(Cyperi Rhizoma),combining with the understanding of quality markers,the quality markers of Xiangfu(Cyperi Rhizoma)are predicted and analyzed from the aspects of genetic relationship and composition characteristic,traditional efficacy,traditional medicinal properties,measurability of chemical compositions,different compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine,different processing methods of chemical composition changes,new effects and network pharmacology.It can provide reference for quality standard and quality control of Xiangfu(Cyperi Rhizoma)and further improve the quality standards.
