摘要
对于患有重度牙周炎的潜在无牙颌患者而言,种植体支持的全牙弓固定修复已成为恢复咀嚼功能的有效治疗方式。即刻种植是在牙拔除同期植入种植体,仅实施一次外科手术,可以减少患者就诊次数、缩短治疗周期,给患者带来了极大的便利。然而,关于重度牙周炎患者全口即刻种植修复的临床报道较少,其临床疗效尚存争议。本文针对拟行全口即刻种植的重度牙周炎患者,围绕重度牙周炎对全口即刻种植的影响、重度牙周炎患者全口即刻种植的临床疗效和数字化技术在重度牙周炎患者全口即刻种植中的应用这三方面作一综述。
Fixed full⁃arch prosthesis supported by implants is a viable treatment for potential edentulous patients with severe periodon⁃titis.The definition of immediate implant placement is the extraction of a natural tooth followed by immediate placement of a dental im⁃plant.It will bring great convenience to patients by reducing the number of visits and shortening the treatment period.However,clinical studies on immediate implant placement in patients with severe periodontitis are rare,and its clinical effects remain controversial.In this review,the impact of severe periodontitis on immediate implant placement with full⁃arch prostheses,the clinical effects of immedi⁃ate implant placement in patients with severe periodontitis,and the application of digital technology are discussed and summarized.
