乙炔装置电石自动加料系统设计

摘要 针对乙炔装置电石加料系统存在的人工操作负荷大、乙炔气柜料位波动大、称量胶带给料机称量不准等问题进行了改造,增设了料位开关,取消了称量胶带给料机,并设计了电石自动加料程序。 Modifications were made in response to the problems existing in feeding system of calci-um carbide for acetyiene production equipment,such as high manual operation load,large fluctuations in the material level of the acetylene gas holder and inaccurate weighing of the belt feeder.A material level switch was added,the weighing belt feeder was canceled,and an automatic carbide feeding program was designed.
