旺苍县茶树资源遗传多样性分析及分子身份证构建

摘要 旺苍县茶树种质资源丰富,茶种业现代农业园区种质资源圃收集保存了大量本地和国内外代表性茶树资源。本研究利用SSR分子标记检测技术对旺苍县茶树资源圃保存的部分资源进行了遗传多样性分析,为检测资源建立了准确的分子身份证;对17份本地古茶树资源进行了理化成分的全面测定,筛选鉴定出1份低咖啡碱种质。研究结果对旺苍县茶树种质资源鉴定、遗传多样性分析和新品种选育具有重要意义。 Wangcang County is rich of tea germplasm resources.A large number of local and abroad representative tea germplasm resources had been collected and preserved in the tea germplasm resource nursery of modern agricultural park.In this study,SSR molecular marker detection technology was used to analyze the genetic diversity of some tea resources preserved in the resource nursery inWangcang County,and an accurate molecular identity system was established for the detection of germplasm resources.The physical and chemical components of 17 local ancient tea resources were comprehensively determined,and one low caffeine germplasm was identified.The results are of great significance for the identification,genetic diversity analysis of tea germplasm resources and new cultivar breeding inWangcang County.
