娘热民间艺术团现状调查

摘要 娘热民间艺术团属于蓝面具藏戏的觉木隆流派,是西藏唯一能完整表演八大传统藏戏剧目的民间藏戏团体。40多年来,该艺术团在西藏自治区、拉萨市举办的藏戏汇演和比赛中获奖无数。他们制定了多种规章制度来加强内部的管理。为了生存和发展,积极开拓市场,是西藏第一批接触内地演出市场的藏戏团体之一。为克服面临的困境,娘热艺术团积极探索,为藏戏的传承与创新提供了新思路。娘热艺术团的发展与西藏各级政府部门长期以来的扶持帮助分不开,同时也与格龙、米玛、旦罗等一家三代以传承藏戏为己任、全身心投入密不可分。 Nyangri Opera Troupe,belonging to the Jormolung sect of Blue-mask Tibetan Opera,is the only folk opera troupe that capable of performing all the eight Tibetan Operas.In the past more than four decades,the opera troupe had won numerous prizes in Various competitions held by Lhasa city and Tibet Autonomous Region.Multiple rules and regulations had been developed to regulate management of the troupe.In order to survive and grow,it actively exploited the market and was among the first group of opera troupes to enter the domestic performance market.Facing difficulties,the art troupe explored new ways of development and provided new ideas for the inheritance and innovation of Tibetan Opera.The development of Nyangri Opera Troupe cannot be achieved without the longstanding assistance of governments at all levels in Tibet,and is closely related to the dedication of Geron,Mima and Lodan,the three generations of a family,who have regarded the inheritance of Tibetan Opera as their own mission.
