摘要
肠肝脑轴在帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)发病中的机制是目前研究的热点。α-突触核蛋白(α-syn)、脂多糖(LPS)、短链脂肪酸(SCFAs)通过轴的神经免疫及内分泌免疫路径,扮演着诱发PD的关键角色,而胃肠道(GI)功能紊乱的微生物群(GM)更是充当着“始作俑者”。肠肝脑轴整体网络化、动态演变化的特点突破了以往PD研究的单因素局限性。故而借助已有成果,综合分析轴内系统化分子信号,以期助力PD机制研究的进展。
The mechanism of the gut-liver-brain axis in the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a current research hotspot,α-synuclein(α-syn),lipopolysaccharide(LPS),and short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)play key roles in inducing PD through the axis of neuroimmune and endocrine immune pathways,while gastrointestinal(GI)function The disordered microbiota(GM)acts as the“initiator”.The characteristics of the overall network and dynamic evolution of the gut-liver-brain axis have broken through the single-factor limitation of previous PD studies.Therefore,with the help of existing achievements,comprehensive analysis of intraaxial systemic molecular signals is expected to facilitate the progress of PD mechanism research.
