黄传兵从肝肾同源辨治骨关节炎探析

HUANG Chuanbing's Analysis of Treating Osteoarthritis from the Same Source of Liver and Kidney

骨关节炎以缠绵难愈为特点,且中老年发病率较高。黄传兵从肝肾同源辨证治疗治疗骨关节炎,从肝肾同源理论探讨骨关节炎,认为该病病机以肝肾亏虚为本,风寒湿痰瘀为标,并根据本病虚实夹杂的特点,认为治疗应从肝肾出发,采用“虚则补之,补行结合”的治疗原则,并自拟经验方重骨颗粒,取得了较为满意的临床疗效。故作者将黄传兵从肝肾论治骨关节炎的经验整理如下,以飨同道。

Osteoarthritis is characterized by lingering and difficult to heal,and the incidence rate is higher in middle-aged and elderly people.HUANG Chuanbing treats osteoarthritis based on syndrome differentiation of liver and kidney,and discusses osteoarthritis from the theory of liver and kidney homology.It is believed that the treatment should start from the liver and kidney,adopt the treatment principle of“replenish it when it is deficient,and combine it with replenishment”,and formulate its own empirical prescription Zhonggu Granules,which has achieved relatively satisfactory clinical curative effect.Therefore,the author summarizes HUANG Chuanbing’s experience in treating osteoarthritis from the perspective of liver and kidney as follows,for the sake of fellow practitioners.
