复方当归薄荷膏质量标准研究

Study on the Quality Standard of Compound Danggui Bohe Ointment(复方当归薄荷膏)

目的:进一步完善复方当归薄荷膏的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对复方当归薄荷膏中的当归、薄荷脑进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时测定水杨酸甲酯、樟脑和欧前胡素的含量。结果:当归、薄荷脑的TLC图特征斑点显色清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰。HPLC法同时测定水杨酸甲酯、樟脑、欧前胡素的专属性、线性、稳定性及加样回收率试验结果良好。结论:所建立的检测方法操作简便,科学合理,可为复方当归薄荷膏的质量控制提供科学依据。

Objective:To further consummate the quality standard of compound Danggui Bohe ointment.Methods:Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used to identify Danggui(angelica)and mentholum in compound Danggui Bohe ointment.The determination of methyl salicylate,camphor and imperatorin was performed on high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results:The characteristic spots of Danggui(angelica)and mentholum in the TLC map showed clear color and good separation,and there was no interference in negative control.The HPLC method showed specificity,good linear relationship,stability,and good ample recovery rates in methyl salicylate,camphor and imperatorin.Conclusion:The established detection methods are simple,scientific and reasonable,which can provide scientific basis for the quality control of compound Danggui Bohe ointment.
