复合酸抑菌凝露联合谷胱甘肽治疗炎性色沉的临床效果评估

Clinical efficacy evaluation of acid complex antibacterial gel combined with glutathione in the treatment of post-inflammatory pigmentation

目的观察复合酸抑菌凝露联合谷胱甘肽对炎症后色素沉着(炎性色沉)的临床治疗效果。方法75例炎症后色素沉着患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(38例)及研究组(37例)。对照组采用微针导入谷胱甘肽治疗,研究组采用复合酸抑菌凝露联合微针导入谷胱甘肽治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,皮肤屏障指标,视觉效果,满意度。结果研究组患者的痊愈率48.65%、有效率78.38%均显著高于对照组的15.79%、39.47%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的角质层含水量(48.65±5.13)%、皮肤弹性值(0.79±0.23)Uv/Ue均大于对照组的(45.39±4.97)%、(0.69±0.14)Uv/Ue,经表皮水分流失量(9.23±1.17)g/(m^(2)·h)、黑色素值(42.21±3.41)均低于对照组的(14.38±2.55)g/(m^(2)·h)、(59.73±4.70),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的视觉效果评分(6.54±0.22)分显著低于对照组的(13.12±1.35)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的非常满意率59.46%、满意度91.89%均显著高于对照组的23.68%、60.53%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复合酸抑菌凝露联合谷胱甘肽可提高单一治疗手段的临床疗效,改善皮肤屏障能力,减轻炎症后色素沉着情况,联合治疗安全有效,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acid complex antibacterial gel combined with glutathione in the treatment of post-inflammatory pigmentation.Methods A total of 75 patients with postinflammatory pigmentation were divided into control group(38 cases)and research group(37 cases)according to the random numerical table.The control group was treated with microneedle glutathione,and the research group was treated with acid complex bacteriostatic gel and microneedle glutathione.The clinical efficacy,skin barrier index,visual effect and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The healing rate of 48.65%and the effective rate of 78.38%in the research group were significantly higher than those of 15.79%and 39.47%in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the water content of the stratum corneum of(48.65±5.13)%and the skin elasticity of(0.79±0.23)Uv/Ue in the research group were greater than those of(45.39±4.97)%and(0.69±0.14)Uv/Ue in the control group;transepidermal water loss of(9.23±1.17)g/(m^(2)·h)and melanin of(42.21±3.41)in the research group were lower than(14.38±2.55)g/(m^(2)·h)and(59.73±4.70)in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual effect score of(6.54±0.22)points in the research groupwas significantly lower than that of(13.12±1.35)points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The very satisfaction rate of 59.46%and satisfaction rate of 91.89%in the research group were significantly higher than those of 23.68%and 60.53%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acid complex antibacterial gel and glutathione can improve the clinical efficacy of single treatment,improve the skin barrier ability and reduce the post-inflammatory pigmentation situation.The combined treatment is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
