扶正清毒颗粒对高危型HPV感染宫颈病变患者Cyclin D1表达的影响

摘要 目的探究高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染宫颈病变患者应用扶正清毒颗粒治疗对其细胞周期素D1(Cyclin D1)表达的影响。方法150例高危型HPV感染宫颈病变患者,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。对照组患者应用重组人干扰素α2b栓治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合扶正清毒颗粒治疗。对比两组患者的HPV转阴率,Cyclin D1表达水平,疾病归转情况。结果治疗3个月后,观察组患者的HPV转阴率为40.00%,明显高于对照组的24.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组患者的HPV转阴率为66.67%,明显高于对照组的50.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组患者的Cyclin D1表达水平为(78.63±10.36),与对照组的(77.96±10.56)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组患者的Cyclin D1表达水平为(32.56±5.23),低于对照组的(58.69±8.48),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组患者的Cyclin D1表达水平为(22.36±5.28),低于对照组的(45.25±5.69),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者均为CINⅠ。治疗6个月后,观察组转为慢性宫颈炎12例(16.00%),与对照组的11例(14.67%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组转为慢性宫颈炎伴挖空细胞13例(17.33%),与对照组的10例(13.33%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组CINⅠ患者5例(6.67%),少于对照组的14例(18.67%),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.881,P=0.027<0.05)。结论高危型HPV感染宫颈病变患者应用扶正清毒颗粒后,可以通过调控Cyclin D1表达来实现对宫颈高危型HPV感染控制作用,以及患者的HPV转阴率明显较高,从而有助于诱发高危型HPV感染细胞凋亡,成为部分高危型HPV感染病变患者的治疗手段之一。 Objective To investigate the effect of Fuzheng Qingdu Granule on Cyclin D1 expression in cervical lesions infected by high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV).Methods A total of 150 patients with cervical lesions infected by high-risk HPV were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 75 cases in each group.Patients in the control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα2b suppository,and patients in the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Qingdu Granule on the basis of control group.The negative conversion rate of HPV,expression level of Cyclin D1 and disease outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the negative conversion rate of HPV was 40.00%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of 24.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the negative conversion rate of HPV was 66.67%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of 50.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the expression level of Cyclin D1 in the observation group was(78.63±10.36),and the difference was not statistically significant compared with that of(77.96±10.56)of the control group(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the expression level of Cyclin D1 in the observation group was(32.56±5.23),which was lower than that of(58.69±8.48)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the expression level of Cyclin D1 in the observation group was(22.36±5.28),which was lower than that of(45.25±5.69)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in both groups were CINⅠbefore treatment.After 6 months of treatment,12 cases(16.00%)were converted to chronic cervicitis in the observation group,and the difference was not statistically significant compared with 11 cases(14.67%)in the control group(P>0.05).13 cases(17.33%)were converted to chronic cervicitis with koilocyte in the observation group,and the difference was not statistically significant when compared with 10 cases(13.33%)in the control group(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,there were 5 cases(6.67%)of CINⅠin the observation group,which was less than that of 14 cases(18.67%)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.881,P=0.027<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cervical lesions infected by high-risk HPV,the application of Fuzheng Qingdu Granule can control the cervical high-risk HPV infection by regulating the expression of Cyclin D1,and the negative conversion rate of HPV in patients is obviously high,which is helpful to induce apoptosis of cells infected by high-risk HPV and becomes one of the treatment methods for some patients with high-risk HPV infection.
