电子束辐照对藏药材力嘎都质量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的考察电子束辐照对藏药材力嘎都质量的影响。方法选择不同辐照剂量对力嘎都药材粉末进行辐照处理,比较辐照前后力嘎都的粉末性状、显微特征、岩白菜素和熊果苷薄层色谱图、岩白菜素含量和液相色谱图,以及细菌总数、霉菌和酵母菌总数和大肠菌群的变化情况。结果辐照前后力嘎都粉末性状、显微特征、薄层色谱图、岩白菜素含量均未见明显变化,细菌菌落数、霉菌和酵母菌菌落总数显著降低(P<0.05),当辐照剂量达到10 kGy时,力嘎都药材粉末微生物水平符合2020年版《中国药典》规定。结论电子束辐照对力嘎都主要活性成分无显著影响,并能在10 kGy时达到良好的灭菌效果,电子束辐照适用于力嘎都药材的灭菌。 Objective To determine the effect of electron beam irradiation on the quality of Tibetan medicine Ligadu.Methods Different irradiation doses were selected to irradiate the medicinal powder of Ligadu.The properties,microscopic characteristics,thin layer chromatograms of bergenin and arbutin,bergenin content and liquid chromatograms of the medicinal powder of Ligadu before and after the irradiation were compared,as the changes in the total number of bacteria,mold,yeast and coliform bacteria were recorded.Results There was no significant change in the properties,microscopic characteristics,thin-layer chromatography and bergenin content of Ligadu powder before and after the irradiation.The number of bacterial colonies and the total number of mold yeasts were significantly decreased(P<0.05).When the irradiation dose reached 10 kGy,the microbial level of Ligadu powder met the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020.Conclusion Electron beam irradiation has no significant effect on the main active components of Ligadu,and good sterilization effect is obtained at 10 kGy.Electron beam irradiation helps sterilize Ligadu medicinal materials.
