Research progress on improving the limitations of exosomess application

外泌体是一种由细胞分泌的纳米级胞外囊泡。有研究表明,外泌体在疾病治疗和药物递送系统中有较高的研究价值和临床应用前景。然而,产量低、功能不全面、储存困难等因素限制了外泌体的临床转化。本文就近几年来如何解决上述问题进行综述,以期为后续研究提供参考。

Exosomes are nanoscale extracellular vesicles secreted by cells.Studies have shown that exosomes have high research value and clinical application prospects in disease treatment and drug delivery systems.However,factors such as low yield,incomplete function,and difficult storage limit the clinical transformation of exosomes.We reviewed related articles in recent years,solutions for the above problems,which is an important reference for future research.
