摘要
设计了一种用于重载密集仓储系统的RGV小车,以新的路径规划搜索算法,提高了路径优化效率。同时,通过构建车架的模态振动模型,探究了小车设计的可靠性,并利用workbench软件对小车关键结构进行了分析。样机试验结果表明,RGV小车行走顺畅,能够准确完成自动入库任务,可为重载密集仓储系统中货物的智能存储、自动输送提供解决思路。
An RCV cart for heavy-duty dense storage systems has been designed,whose efficiency of path optimization is improved by designing a new path planning search algorithm.At the same time,the reliability of the cart design is explored by constructing a modal vibration model of the cart frame,and the key structures of the cart are analyzed by using workbench software.The prototype test results show that the RGV trolley travels smoothly and can accurately complete the automatic storage task,providing a solution for the intelligent storage and automatic transportation of goods in heavy-duty dense storage systems.
