摘要
为了改善发泡陶瓷的高温烧结性能,以堇青石和陶瓷坯料为原料,以SiC为发泡剂制备了发泡陶瓷。研究表明,最佳烧成温度为1180℃,当烧成温度升高时,发泡陶瓷的烧结性能会有所下降。此外,随着堇青石掺入量增加,发泡陶瓷的吸水率和气孔率呈先增加后减小的趋势,在掺量为8%时达到最大,体积密度呈下降趋势。在保证发泡陶瓷性能符合相关标准的前提下,确定堇青石的最佳掺入量为10%,烧成温度为1180℃,保温时间为50 min,制得的发泡陶瓷试样的吸水率为0.07%,气孔率为0.14%,体积密度为2.09 g/cm^(3),抗折强度为46.19 MPa。
In order to improve the high temperature sintering properties of foamed ceramics,the foamed ceramics were prepared with cordierite and ceramic billet as raw materials and SiC as foaming agent.The results show that the optimum sintering temperature is 1180℃,and when the sintering temperature rises,the sintering properties of foamed ceramics decreases.In addition,with the increase of cordierite content,the water absorption rate and porosity of foamed ceramics increases first and then decreases,and reaches the maximum when the content is 8%,while the volume density shows a decreasing trend.Under the premise of ensuring that the performance of the foamed ceramics meets the requirements of relevant standards,the optimum amount of cordierite incorporation is determined to be 10%,the sintering temperature is 1180℃,the holding time is 50 min.The water absorption rate of the foamed ceramic sample is 0.07%,the porosity is 0.14%,the volume density is 2.09 g/cm^(3) and the bending strength is 46.19 MPa.
