摘要
对于轮式收获机采用的静液压行走驱动系统,元件参数的选择,直接关系到静液压行走驱动系统的性能,以及能否正常运转。以收获机静液压行走驱动系统典型故障分析过程为例,阐述采用该系统的收获机在零件选型过程中,容易忽视的技术要点,对相关采用静液压行走驱动的收获机开发有一定参考价值。
Hydrostatic traveling drive system is widely used in the field of harvesters.For the hydraulic system for traveling wheel harvester,the parameters of components determine the traveling performance or normal operation of the harvester.This paper takes a typical failure analysis process of hydraulic walking applied to the field of harvesters as a case,introduces the details that are easy to ignore in the process of selecting hydraulic parts of harvesters,which has reference significance for other agricultural machinery driven by hydraulic walking.
