摘要
为提高精量播种机播种的均匀性,基于离散元法对2BMJ系列播种机的强制清种器进行研究。采用Isight软件的RSM优化模块设计试验,以闭气阀位置与水平方向夹角α、强制清种器斜边与水平方向夹角β为因素,在ω=15~30 r/min参数范围下,以变异系数cv≤15%进行寻优求解,得到最佳参数组合为:α=20°,β=75°。根据结果3D打印进行台架试验,台架试验所得种子变异系数为16.78%、合格指数98.28%、漏播指数0.53%、重播指数1.19%,结果表明了闭气位置及强制清种组合设计的合理性,验证了仿真优化设计的可行性。
In order to improve the precision seeder seeding uniformity,the forced seed clearer of 2BMJ series seeder was studied based on the discrete element method.The RSM optimization module design experiment using Isight software takes the angleαbetween the position of the closed valve and the angle between the horizontal direction and theβangle between the hypotenuse edge and the horizontal direction of the forced seeder as the factors.In the range ofω=15~30 r/min,the optimization solution was carried out by using the coefficient of variation cv≤15%,and the optimal parameter is:α=20°,β=75°.According to the best parameters,3D printing for bench test,and the seed variation coefficient obtained by the bench test was 16.78%,the qualification index was 98.28%,the missed sowing index was 0.53%,and the replay index was 1.19%,the results showed the rationality of the combination design of the holding position and forced seeding,verified the feasibility of simulation optimization design.
