低速汽车推拉索支架的优化设计

摘要 目前低速汽车普遍所使用的推拉索支架多为Q235A材料钣金件,且多为经验设计,从优化设计的角度看,存在重量较重、结构力传递不够合理等缺点。为了克服上述缺点,利用Hyperworks软件的拓扑优化技术进行全新设计支架,使结构更加合理,实现减重降本目的的同时提升支架的可靠性。 At present,the push-pull cable brackets commonly used in low-speed vehicles are mostly Q235A sheet metal parts,and most of them are designed by experience.From the perspective of optimization design,there are some shortcomings such as heavy weight and unreasonable structural force transmission.In order to overcome the above shortcomings,the topology optimization technology of Hyperworks software is used to design a new bracket,which makes the structure more reasonable,realizes the purpose of reducing weight and cost,and improves the reliability of the bracket.
