基于LS-DYNA的甘蔗收获机压蔗辊影响研究

摘要 为减轻甘蔗收获过程中甘蔗损伤并提高甘蔗收获机收获效率,本文基于有限元方法,分析了甘蔗收获机收获过程中压蔗辊对甘蔗损伤情况,通过对甘蔗收获机切割区域的应力分析表明,切割点和甘蔗-土壤界面有不同的应力表现。甘蔗收获机不带压蔗辊时,甘蔗在切割过程中发生不规则运动导致甘蔗间应力大于其屈服极限极易发生折断导致切割不完整。而压蔗辊可以显著降低甘蔗-土壤界面的应力,减少甘蔗间的运动,提高甘蔗切割质量。 In order to reduce the damage of sugarcane during harvesting and improve the harvesting efficiency of sugarcane harvester,this paper analyzes the damage to sugarcane caused by the knockdown roller during harvesting by sugarcane harvester based on finite element method,and the stress analysis of cutting area of sugarcane harvester shows that there are different stresses at cutting point and sugarcane-soil interface.When the sugarcane harvester is not equipped with a knockdown roller,the irregular movement of the sugarcane during the cutting process causes the stress between the sugarcane to be greater than its yield limit and is prone to breakage,resulting in incomplete cutting.The knockdown roller can significantly reduce the stress at the cane-soil interface,reduce the movement between canes and improve the quality of sugarcane cutting.
