摘要
目的基于CiteSpace软件对我国CT灌注成像(CTP)领域的研究热点与趋势进行可视化分析。资料与方法检索中国知网数据库中与CTP相关的中文文献,通过CiteSpace软件对研究机构、作者、关键词等节点信息进行可视化共现分析,探讨该领域的研究热点及趋势。结果CTP领域的主要研究机构包括中国医科大学附属第一医院、中山大学附属第一医院、南京军区南京总医院等;主要研究作者包括徐克、卢光明、张龙江等;早期的研究热点涉及局部血流、血流动力学等,而低剂量、侧支循环等方向可能是今后的研究趋势。结论基于CiteSpace软件的可视化分析图谱能够直观地呈现我国CTP领域的研究热点及趋势,为相关从业人员提供参考和借鉴。
Purpose To analyze the research hotspots and trends of CT perfusion imaging(CTP)in China based on CiteSpace software.Materials and Methods Chinese literatures related to CTP were retrieved from CNKI database,and CiteSpace software was used to make visual co-occurrence analysis of research institutions,authors,keywords and other node information,so as to discuss the research hotspots and trends in this field.Results The main research institutions in CTP field included the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University,the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University,Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region,etc.The main authors were XU Ke,LU Guangming,ZHANG Longjiang,etc.The early research focused on local blood flow and hemodynamics,while the direction of low dose and collateral circulation might be the future research trend.Conclusion CiteSpace software based visual analysis map can intuitively present the research hotspots and trends in CTP field in China,and provide valuable reference for related practitioners.
