基层药师开展药物治疗管理对2型糖尿病患者的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Drug Therapy Management Carried Out by Primary Pharmacists on Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

摘要 目的:研究基层药师开展药物治疗管理(MTM)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的影响。方法:选取2021年9月—2022年12月北京市西城区新街口社区卫生服务中心药剂科社区T2DM血糖控制不达标患者120例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例。两组患者均予以常规用药指导,观察组增加MTM干预。比较两组空腹血糖(FPG)与糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))水平、患者满意度、用药依从性及药物相关问题。结果:干预后,观察组患者FPG、HbA_(1c)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015);干预后,观察组患者Morisky用药依从性问卷得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预后,观察组患者发生DRPs数量高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.005)。两组患者DRPs原因数量,干预前为156、158,干预后为60、105。结论:基层药师参与T2DM患者药物治疗管理,能够有效控制血糖水平,提高患者满意度与用药依从性,减少用药过程中的不良用药事件。 Objective:To study the effect of drug therapy management(MTM)by primary pharmacists on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty patients with substandard T2DM blood glucose control in the department of pharmacy of Xicheng District Xinjiekou Community Health Service Center from September 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with sixty patients in each group.Both groups were given routine medication guidance,and MTM intervention was added to the observation group.Fasting blood glucose(FPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA_(1c))levels,patient satisfaction,medication compliance and drug-related problems were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the levels of FPG and HbA_(1c) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).The total satisfaction of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).After intervention,the Morisky medication compliance questionnaire score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After intervention,the number of DRPs in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).The number of DRPs causes in the two groups was 156 and 158 before intervention,and 60 and 105 after intervention.Conclusion:Participation of primary pharmacists in drug therapy management of T2DM patients can effectively control blood glucose level,improve patient satisfaction and medication compliance,and reduce adverse drug events during medication.
