卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗肺结节合并肺部感染患者的疗效观察

The Efficacy of BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid Injection in the Treatment of Patients with Pulmonary Nodules Combined with Lung Infections

摘要 目的:分析卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗肺结节合并肺部感染患者的疗效。方法:选取2020年10月—2022年10月广西壮族自治区中医药研究院收治的肺结节合并肺部感染患者70例作为研究对象,依据区间随机法分为对照组与试验组,各35例。对照组接受常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状缓解时间及肺部阴影吸收>50%所需时间、治疗前后炎性因子水平、治疗前后肺功能指标变化情况。结果:试验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024);试验组患者咳嗽、咳痰、肺部湿啰音、胸痛消失时间及肺部阴影吸收>50%所需时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗后,试验组患者C反应蛋白、降钙素原、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗后,试验组患者第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、呼气流量峰值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗肺结节合并肺部感染患者的疗效理想,其特殊的免疫机制可加速患者康复,改善炎性因子及肺功能。 Objective:To analyze the efficacy of BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection in the treatment of patients with pulmonary nodules combined with lung infection.Methods:Seventy patients with pulmonary nodules combined with lung infections admitted to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group based on the interval randomization method,with thirty-five cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,symptom relief time and time required for lung shadow absorption>50%,inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment,and changes in pulmonary function indexes before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment of patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Cough,sputum,pulmonary wet rales,chest pain disappearance time and the time needed for lung shadow absorption>50%were shorter in the experimental group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,and tumor necrosis factor-α were lower in the experimental group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).After treatment,patients in the experimental group had higher 1st second expiratory volume with exertion,expiratory lung capacity,and peak expiratory flow than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:The efficacy of BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection in the treatment of patients with pulmonary nodules combined with lung infection is ideal,and its special immune mechanism can accelerate the recovery of patients and improve the inflammatory factors and lung function.
