布地奈德混悬液联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的应用效果

Application Effect of Budesonide Suspension Combined with Salbutamol Nebulized Inhalation in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的:探究布地奈德混悬液联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月海南医学院第一附属医院呼吸科收治的支气管哮喘患者50例为研究对象,根据患者入院时间不同分组,2022年1—6月入院为对照组,2022年7月—2023年1月入院为试验组,各25例。对照组患者选择沙丁胺醇进行治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合布地奈德进行治疗。比较两组临床治疗总有效率、临床症状消失时间、治疗前后肺功能指标及临床不良反应发生率。结果:试验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001);试验组患者哮鸣音消失时间、平喘消失时间及咳嗽消失时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者呼气流量峰值、第1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:同时选择布地奈德混悬液、沙丁胺醇雾化治疗支气管哮喘患者,与单一使用沙丁胺醇药物相比,临床疗效更显著,可缩短各项临床症状消失时间,改善肺功能指标,安全性高,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To explore the application effect of budesonide suspension combined with salbutamol nebulized inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2023,fifty patients with bronchial asthma admitted to the Respiratory Medicine Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to different groups of patients admitted to the hospital,the patients admitted from January to June 2022 were taken as the control group,and those admitted from July 2022 to January 2023 were taken as the experimental group,with twentyfive cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with salbutamol,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with budesonide on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of clinical treatment,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,the pulmonary function indexes before and after treatment,and the incidence of clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The disappearance time of wheeze,wheeze and cough in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of peak expiratory flow and forced expiratory volume in first second/forced vital capacity in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of budesonide suspension and salbutamol nebulized treatment on patients with bronchial asthma is more significant than that of salbutamol alone.It can shorten the disappearance time of various clinical symptoms,improve lung function indicators,has high safety,and has clinical promotion value.
