脑卒中后偏瘫患者进行综合康复护理的效果

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke

目的:探究综合康复护理在脑卒中后偏瘫患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月汕头市中心医院脑卒中后偏瘫患者68例作为研究对象,给予所有患者综合康复护理。比较护理前后患者肢体运动功能、生活影响、步行功能、心理状态。结果:护理后患者上肢运动功能评定量表(FMA)、下肢FMA评分均高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后患者力气、交流、手功能、情绪、移动能力、生活自理能力、记忆与思维、参与评分均高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后患者Berg平衡评分、Gait Watch三维步态分析支撑相、步长偏差、步速均优于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在脑卒中后偏瘫患者护理中采取综合康复护理,能够促进患者肢体运动功能恢复,减少对生活的影响,同时可以改善患者步行功能,减轻负性情绪,护理效果显著,应用价值高。

Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with hemiplegia after stroke in Shantou Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and all patients were given comprehensive rehabilitation care.Limb motor function,life influence,walking function and mental state were compared before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the scores of upper limb motor function rating scale(FMA)and lower limb FMA were higher than those before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the strength,communication,hand function,emotion,mobility,self-care ability,memory and thinking,and participation scores of patients were higher than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Berg balance score,Gait Watch 3D gait analysis support phase,step length deviation,and step speed were all better after nursing than before,with statistical significance(P<0.001).The score of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale after nursing was lower than that before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in the care of patients with hemiplegia after stroke can promote the recovery of patients'limb motor function,reduce the impact on life,and improve patients'walking function and reduce negative emotions.The nursing effect is significant and the application value is high.
